Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between MiniWindo ("Company") and users in relation to the use of the AI video creator platform services ("Services") provided by the Company.
Article 2 — Definitions
- "Services" refers to all services provided by the Company, including Studio (YouTube video insight platform) and Create (AI creator studio).
- "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Company's Services under these Terms, including both members and non-members.
- "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement with the Company and been assigned a user ID.
- "Content" refers to all information, including text, images, and videos, created or posted by users through the Services.
- "AI Output" refers to videos, images, music, and other results generated through the Company's AI technology.
Article 3 — Effect and Amendment of Terms
- These Terms apply to all users who wish to use the Services.
- The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope permitted by applicable laws.
- If the Terms are amended, the Company will notify users through a service announcement at least 7 days before the effective date.
- Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use and withdraw their membership.
Article 4 — Services Provided
- The Company provides the following services:
- Studio: YouTube channel and video data analysis, AI-based insights and growth strategies
- Create: AI video generation, AI image creation, and AI music production
- The Company continuously improves and updates features to enhance service quality.
- Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to system maintenance, upgrades, or replacements.
- The Company may modify or discontinue all or part of the Services as necessary for operational reasons.
Article 5 — Membership Registration
- Users may register by completing the membership form and agreeing to these Terms.
- Registration is available via email/password or through Google, Naver, and Kakao social accounts.
- A single account (SSO) can be used across all Services provided by the Company.
- The Company may refuse or terminate registration in the following cases:
- False, incomplete, or erroneous registration information
- Identity fraud using another person's information
- Duplicate email address of an existing member
Article 6 — User Obligations
- Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Misappropriation of another's information or submission of false information
- Acts prohibited by law or these Terms
- Infringement of the Company's or third parties' intellectual property rights
- Damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties or interfering with their business
- Generating illegal or harmful content using AI generation features
- Interfering with normal service operations (e.g., crawling, abusing automation scripts)
- Creating or posting content contrary to public order and morals, including obscenity, violence, or hate speech
Article 7 — Intellectual Property
- Copyrights and intellectual property rights in content created by the Company and in the Services themselves belong to the Company.
- Copyrights in AI-generated outputs directly created by users through the Services belong to the users. However, the Company is not responsible if copyright protection for AI-generated content is not legally recognized.
- Users acknowledge that YouTube data collected and analyzed through the Services may be subject to YouTube's Terms of Service restrictions.
- The Company may use content created within the Service by users for purposes of service operation, promotion, and improvement.
Article 8 — Disclaimer
- The Company is not liable for failure to provide Services due to natural disasters or force majeure events.
- The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.
- AI analysis results and AI-generated outputs are for reference only; the Company is not liable for decisions made based on them.
- The Company is not liable for users' failure to achieve expected revenue through the Services.
- The Company is not liable for issues arising from failures in third-party services (Google, Naver, Kakao, etc.).
Article 9 — Service Restriction
- The Company may restrict a user's access to the Services if the user violates these Terms or interferes with normal service operations.
- In principle, users will be given an opportunity to appeal before restrictions are imposed.
Article 10 — Dispute Resolution
- The Company will endeavor to reflect legitimate user opinions and complaints and to compensate for damages.
- Disputes between the Company and users shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and common commercial practices.
